Bhopal: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said with a strong talent pool and thriving industries, Madhya Pradesh is becoming a preferred business destination and that this is the time, and right time, to invest in the state.
“For the first time in the history of Bharat, there is an occasion when the whole world is so optimistic about it,” Modi said after inaugurating the mega ‘Invest Madhya Pradesh - Global Investors Summit-2025’ in Bhopal. The commoners and economists, countries and institutions worldwide are optimistic about India and have great expectations from Bharat, he said at the summit, aimed to showcase MP’s infinite possibilities for investors and industrialists.
“The world’s future is in India” - such comments in the past weeks have bolstered the zeal of investors, he said.
Modi said the World Bank has expressed confidence that India will continue to be the world’s fastest growing economy in the coming years.
He also said the Deregulation Commission will help create investment-friendly regulatory ecosystem in states. A UN organisation on climate change has said Bharat is a “superpower of solar power” and that while many countries only talk, India shows results, Modi said.
