Microsoft: Women employees leaving Microsoft in large numbers..!

Microsoft Internet Desk: Software giant Microsoft is struggling to maintain diversity in its workforce. It found that the number of people resigning from the organization is increasing. Women, blacks, and Latinos are especially likely to leave the company. The company's Diversity and Inclusion report was released on Wednesday. In which these things are revealed. In the fiscal year ended June this year, 32.7% of all resignations were women. This is a slight increase from last year's 31%. Black resignations rose from 8.7% to 10%, and Latinos rose from 8% to 9.8%.

It is believed that the reasons are that rival companies are poaching their employees and switching to online retail business. Lindsay Rae McIntyre, the company's chief diversity officer, said Microsoft will continue to hire people from underrepresented communities. Mentors will be arranged and career options will be given to those appointed. Only then will they trust and continue in Microsoft.

As the company is already developing rapidly in the cloud sector, it is expanding in many regions around the world. Lindsey mentioned that this is getting an opportunity to hire people from different communities. Diversity in employees is very important for artificial intelligence projects undertaken by the organization. These can be made without discrimination of caste and gender.

Very few companies disclose employee race and gender statistics. Last year, BlackRock disclosed an audit report conducted by US Attorney General Eric Hold. It revealed that blacks and Latinos were leaving the company at a faster rate.
