Hyderabad: L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd (L&TMHRL) said it has been certified as a Great Place to Work, under the Mid-Size Organisations category. This recognition, valid from June 2024 to June 2025, is awarded by Great Place To Work India.
L&TMHRL in an official release said that its work culture was assessed, including employee surveys, focus groups, and a review of the company’s HR practices. The assessment found that L&TMHRL excels in several key areas, which includes, Credibility, Respect and Fairness, Camaraderie, Pride and Meaningful Work.

L&TMRHL informed that it is the only metro in the industry to have been certified as a Great Place to Work in FY25, and is one of the few organisations that received a high Trust Index score of 92 in its maiden attempt.
