Hyderabad: Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, known as KIMS Hospitals, said it has entered a definitive agreement to acquire entire stake in Chalasani Hospitals Pvt Ltd, which owns Queen’s NRI Hospital.

An official release from KIMS Hospitals said that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement for acquisition of 200-bed multi-specialty hospital in Vizag.

Further intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is also filed within the given period from the signing of the definitive agreements, it added.
