Indigo Pilot Turns Ahmedabad Flight Into Coldplay Concert; Passengers Enjoys “A Sky Full of Stars” Moment

Several fans around the country thronged to Ahmedabad to witness the electrifying performance by Coldplay at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Interestingly, an IndiGo pilot organised a mid-air concert, giving an enriching experience to the fellow passengers.

Captain Pradeep Krishnan created a memorable experience for the passengers travelling to Ahmedabad by creating the iconic “A Sky Full of Stars” moment. In the viral video Krishna could be seen speaking to the passengers via the intercom. He asks, “And on a lighter note, how many of you here are going to the Coldplay concert?”. To this, all the passengers in the flight cheered with enthusiasm.

Jokingly, the captain asked if any of the passengers had two extra tickets. A passenger raised his hand, to which Krishnan sarcastically responded, “You actually do? Hello sir, nice to meet you. We’re going to be very good friends today.” As the video reaches towards the end, the cabin lights turn dim and passengers hold their phones by keeping their flashlights on, thereby recreating the band’s iconic “A Sky Full of Stars” moment.

Notably, the video amassed over 6 million views wherein several social media users praised Krishnan for his heartfelt gesture.
