CSIR UGC NET 2024 December Deadline Extended To January 2, Apply At csirnet.nta.ac.

Registration deadline extension is announced by the National Testing Agency for the CSIR NET 2024 December session exam.

Candidates have to visit the official csirnet.nta.ac.in on or before 2nd January 2025 to fill out the CSIR UGC NET December 2024 application form.

Before, CSIR UGC NET December 2024 Last date of online application was December 30, while the last date for submission of fees was December 31. Rectification of application form for CSIR UGC NET 2024 will be offered from January 1 to February 2, 2025. But this was later revised and extended after receiving representations from various candidates by the NTA.

"Candidates have submitted a number of petitions to the National Testing Agency (NTA) for underlining the deadline for submission of an online application form for the Joint CSIR-UGC NET December 2024," the official notification remarked.

Farther extensions were made for payments and modifications to the CSIR UGC NET December 2024 application form. The new schedule allows the candidates to make their payments within 3rd January and within 4th January complete any needed changes. 16 to 28 February, 2025 is the period for the CSIR UGC NET exam to take place.

An aspirant appearing under the general category must pay a fee of Rs 1150, while a general-EWS; OBC NCL aspirant must pay a fee of Rs 600. For SC, ST, PwD, and third gender candidates, the fee is Rs 325.

1. Access the CSIR NET Application Link csirnet.nta.ac.in.

2. Enter the ‘New Registration’ section

3. Download and read the instructions of the CSIR NET information pamphlet

4. Tick the box at the lower end of this page, and the CSIR NET Registration Form will pop onto the screen.

5. Next, fill out the form and submit it to authenticate your registration.
