Visakhapatnam: CII Andhra Pradesh today organised the 2nd edition of the HR Conclave with the theme Magic of “Make in India’: Indian Ecosystem needs Indian Management Ethos” here on Friday. The 2nd edition focused on the basic ideology of the Indian management ethos that stems from scriptures and age-old philosophies that embody these answers and if they are the answer then, are they still relevant to our current times and challenges Dr V Murali Krishna, Chairman, CII said while leadership development remains a top priority areas in the corporate world, it imperative to keep abreast with latest trends.

In his address, Padmakumar P, Chairman, CII SR People Skills Taskforce, CII Southern Region, Executive Director, Human Resources & Head – CSR, Saint Gobain India Pvt Ltd discussed the importance of a positive work culture and the role of leadership in fostering it.
