The November 22 episode of Bigg Boss 18 kicked off with the new Time God, Digvijay Rathee, taking charge of the house duties. He began assigning tasks to the contestants, but Vivian Dsena, Avinash Mishra, and Tajinder Bagga refused to follow his instructions.
The tension escalated when Avinash and Karan got into a heated argument over food, and Alice Kaushik made a rude comment towards Karan.

Later that night, Alice Kaushik prepared dough to make rotis for Vivian, Avinash, and Tajinder. Digvijay asked her to separate their dough so they could cook for themselves, but Alice, along with Chum and Avinash, argued that the dough would go to waste. Karan Veer Mehra then suggested that the three who weren’t working should take on the house duties instead.
Eisha taunted Karan Veer, saying he was in the wrong company. Avinash accused Digvijay of blindly following Karan’s instructions. Karan responded, saying that if the others refused to do their duties, he would cook for himself and not accept any favors.
Eisha called Karan Veer "senior," to which Avinash interrupted, and Karan sarcastically asked, "Where is your boss? Call your boss." He then offered Avinash his parathas, but Avinash insulted him by calling him "sadistic" and "shallow." When Eisha was eating, Karan Veer told Avinash not to make a scene while the others were eating. Alice then mocked Karan by asking if he was implying that he was a "senior citizen."
The argument continued with Karan mocking Avinash's career, and Avinash retaliating by attacking Karan’s personal life. The fight escalated when Karan Veer threatened to slap Avinash, who responded, "Hit me, and you'll be out of here," even offering Karan a knife. Shrutika Arjun accused Avinash of playing the victim. Karan Veer fired back, saying, "I gave the job to the principal who taught you how to poke." Eisha then asked, "How old are you?" Alice, once again, called Karan Veer a "senior citizen."
