AP TG MLC Elections: Notification Released
The notification for the MLC election in AP and Telangana has been announced; polling will take place on February 27th, with counting on March 3rd.
AP TG MLC Elections
The Election Commission of India has released the schedule for the upcoming MLC elections in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The elections will be held to fill two graduate and one teacher MLC seats in each state, which are falling vacant on March 29th.
According to the Press Note of the EC, Illa Venkateswara Rao, who represents East-West Godavari Graduates in AP, K S Lakshmana Rao of Krishna-Guntur Graduates, and Pakalapati Raghu Varma of Srikakulam-Vizianagaram-Visakhapatnam Teachers' constituencies will end on March 29.
On the other hand, in Telangana, the terms of T. Jeevan Reddy of Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad Karimnagar Graduates', Kura Ragliotharn Reddy of Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad Karimnagar Teachers, and Alugubelli Narsi Reddy of Warangal-Kharnmam-Nal gonda Teachers' will also end on March 29.
