TTD Darshans: Devotee Rush Continues in Tirumala, Sarva Darshan Tokens Resume from Today

The Vaikuntha Dwara Darshans at Tirumala have successfully concluded, with approximately 6.58 lakh devotees participating over the 10-day period. Despite a minor incident before the darshans began, the sacred event proceeded smoothly. From January 10th to 19th, a significant influx of devotees was observed, with 4.75 lakh pilgrims visiting in the first seven days and heightened crowds in the final three days.

Daily, around 50,000 tokens were issued for the Vaikuntha Dwara Darshan, with 42,000 tokens distributed on Friday and 57,000 on Saturday. The darshans ended on Sunday night when the Vaikuntha Dwaras were ceremoniously closed by priests, adhering to scriptural traditions. During this period, only devotees with VIP protocol, Rs. 300 Special Entry Darshan (SED), SSO, and Srivani tickets were allowed darshan of Lord Venkateswara.

Sarva Darshan Resumes

Starting Monday, time-slotted Sarva Darshan tokens are being issued as usual. Devotees can collect tickets at Srinivasam, Vishnu Nivasam, and Alipiri Link Bus Stand in Tirupati. Those walking via the Srivari Mettu route can collect tickets at the steps' starting point, while those taking the Alipiri Pada Mandapam route can obtain tickets at the Alipiri Link Bus Stand.

Devotees without tokens were allowed into the queue complexes from Sunday evening, and all-day darshan is now available. The pilgrim rush in Tirumala continues, with large numbers of devotees flocking to seek blessings.
