Tension At K’patnam Port

Krishnapatnam: Mild tension gripped at Adani Krishnapatnam Port on Monday when TDP leader Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy led an all-party delegation to discuss allegations over closing down of certain operations.

The TDP polit bureau member was seen confronting a security guard after denial of permission to go inside the port’s administration block. Later the TDP leader’s supporters and TDP workers staged a dharna over the indifferent attitude of the security personnel. Normalcy was restored after the port officials intervened and pacified the protesters.
