Naidu Discusses Ecosystem In Sri City With Japan Ambassador

Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday met a Japanese delegation led by Ambassador Keiichi Ono ihere and discussed the Japanese ecosystem in Sri City that enables AP to attract more Japanese firms.
He highlighted the possible focus sectors like shipbuilding, electronics, chemicals, auto and auto components, education, and so on. According to a release, Naidu held a meeting with a Japanese delegation led by Ambassador Keiichi Ono in Amaravati to explore avenues for strengthening collaboration and growth.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister mentioned the history of strong ties with Japan and highlighted the state’s thriving Japanese ecosystem in Sri City, which has been instrumental in attracting Japanese firms. The discussions focused on key sectors such as shipbuilding, electronics, chemicals, automobiles, auto components, and education. The State Government plans to collaborate with renowned Japanese developers to establish a dedicated SME Park near Sri City, the release stated.
Later Naidu took to X, saying they are exploring collaborations across various sectors to drive new opportunities for grwth.
