Medicover opens cancer institute in Vizag
Medicover Hospitals, a leading healthcare provider operating across 12 countries, inaugurated its state-of-the-art 100-bed cancer institute at Health City, Arilova, Visakhapatnam on Friday.
The facility was opened by Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu, Union Minister of Civil Aviation, alongside notable guests including Y Satya Kumar Yadav, Minister of Health, Andhra Pradesh, and several local dignitaries.
The new cancer institute, part of Medicover’s expanding network of 24 hospitals in India, offers advanced medical services such as bone marrow transplants, 4D PET-CT Scans, elekta versa radiation therapy, image-guided brachytherapy, and robotic surgery. Equipped with multiple ICU beds and advanced operating theatres, the hospital aims to provide world-class, affordable cancer care.
