Nellore: EPACK Prefab, one of India’s leading pre-engineered building (PEB) manufacturers, has achieved a significant milestone by constructing India’s fastest-built structure in a record time of just 150 hours in Mambattu near Nellore in Andhra Pradesh.

The building, covering a total area of 151,000 square feet, was fully constructed using advanced prefabrication and PEB technology. EPACK Prefab meticulously planned each phase of construction to achieve rapid progress.

The primary structure was completed by the 48th hour, followed by roofing by the 90th hour, and cladding by the 120th hour, culminating in a fully functional building within the set timeline. The company said they received certification of recognition from Golden Book of World Records. The completion of this building underscores the immense potential of prefabricated construction technology in meeting India’s infrastructure and industrial demands with speed and sustainability. This achievement sets a remarkable world record, proudly recognized by the Golden Book of World Records.

Speaking on the occasion, Sanjay Singhania, MD of EPACK Prerab, said “It is a great privilege for us at EPACK Prefab to have constructed India’s fastest-built structure using PEB technology. Our aim with this project was not only to demonstrate the capabilities of PEB for rapid construction but also to promote a sustainable approach that meets modern industrial requirements. PEB is truly the future of construction, and we look forward to setting further benchmarks in the industry as PEB solutions gain greater acceptance.”
