DCIL Puts Up A Good Show In FY24
Visakhapatnam: Dredging Corporation of India Ltd (DCIL) has declared earnings per share for the year 2023-24 at Rs 12.27.
At the AGM held on Friday under the chairmanship of Visakhapatnam Port Chairman M Angamuthu, the meeting approved turnover of Rs 945 crore during the period under review, while the PAT totalled Rs 35.55 crore.
For the ensuing FY25, the company is projecting revenues to the tune of Rs 1,843 crore and a PAT of about Rs 161 crore. On the strength of a healthy order book, the company anticipates operational revenues to grow to Rs 2,500 crore over the next five years and reach Rs 5,000 crore within the next decade.
Dr. Angamuthu, who is the Chairman of DCIL, said they are expecting to achieve this growth by consistently enhancing operational efficiency and expanding market presence. One of the most significant highlights of this year has been the remarkable growth in our market capitalization, which has crossed Rs 3,000 crore, reflecting a 239 per cent increase over the previous year.
