Credai Elects New Executive For AP

Visakhapatnam: The new executive body of Andhra Pradesh unit of Credai will consist of Bayana Srinivas Rao as the president and D Rambabu as the general secretary.

Additionally, Sai Ram Reddy and GVST Rayudu have been named vice-presidents, while KSRK Raju (Sai), K Vijaya Rama Krishna, and T Vinod Reddy will assume responsibilities as joint secretaries. President Bayana Srinivas Rao in his reaction to his election underscored the remarkable growth and influence of Credai Andhra Pradesh, which now encompasses 20 city chapters and boasts a strong membership base of 1,200 developers. This expansion cements its position as the largest association of real estate developers in South India. Rao emphasised that upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical integrity in the real estate sector remains a core objective of the association. by Credai's Code of Conduct and Consumer Redressal Forum in safeguarding the interests of homebuyers, promoting transparency, and fostering trust within the industry.
