Kuppam: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Monday said his mission is to develop Kuppam in all the fields and urged the people to focus on their health, surroundings and eating habits so as to improve their quality of living thereby increasing their happiness index. He was speaking after unveiling 'Swarna Kuppam Vision 2029' for all-round development of the constituency represented by him in the Assembly and thanked the people for electing him for a record 40 years. The vision document in alignment with Swarna Andhra Pradesh Vision and Vikasit Bharat Vision-2047 envisaged accelerated development with significant improvement in quality of living.
Naidu said during the two-camp he will implement several schemes and sign agreements with IIT-Kanpur and others to improve the lifestyle in Kuppam. He said the people should quit tobacco consumption and promised to supply drinking water to all soon through Gandikota.
He said the new schemes being launched in the constituency will generate jobs for 15,000. He also promised to help the people in digital transformation and introduce filing their grievances either by text or voice mail through their smartphones for immediate redressal. Asking every household to get into solar power generation and contribute the surplus power to the grid and announced natural farming products labelling after testing and marketing. On arrival at Dravidian University helipad he was accorded a warm reception by the public representatives, District Collector Sumit Kumar and SP Manikanta. While launching the vision for Kuppam at the university auditorium, the Chief Minister said his dream is to make Kuppam as a model constituency.
He later participated in a program at Nadimuru village. He also interacted with natural organic farmers at Seegalapalli and released a separate vision for encouraging zero-based natural farming.
