Is there going to be a turning point in the Allu Arjun case? Will his bail be cancelled? Is the interim bail granted by the High Court at risk of being revoked? Will Allu Arjun return to jail? These questions have now become a major topic of discussion, and there is a reason for it.

Allu Arjun, who was arrested following a stampede near Sandhya Theater and spent a day in Chanchalguda Jail, was granted interim bail by the Telangana High Court. This allowed him to come out of jail within 24 hours. However, reports suggest that the police department is planning to appeal this decision.

It is reported that the Telangana Police will file an appeal in the High Court to cancel the interim bail granted to Allu Arjun. Sources indicate that they are already consulting legal experts for advice and strategy. Meanwhile, Allu Arjun, who was granted interim bail for 4 weeks, is preparing to file a petition in the Nampally Court for regular bail.

At the time Allu Arjun was granted bail, reports also mentioned that the Public Prosecutor (PP) had objected to the decision. Although an immediate appeal to the division bench was anticipated, it appears that the police are taking a few days to finalize their approach before filing.

Even though it seemed like the issue was resolved with Allu Arjun’s bail, it is noteworthy that the matter has resurfaced so quickly. If the police file an appeal in the High Court Division Bench and present strong arguments, it appears likely that Allu Arjun—fondly known as Bunny—could return to Chanchalguda Jail.
