Internet Reacts: Unrealistic or Revolutionary?

Many of the users have praised the trend towards skill based hiring in which portfolios and actual experience are more important than qualifications.

One user said, "Skills prevail than resume." This highlights the increasing importance of the evidence of expertise over a degree.

Some people doubted the structure that was included in the LPA package, especially the part that is allocated for ESOPs (Employee Ownership Plans) (also known as Stock Ownership Plans) in comparison to an unfixed cash salary and asked if there was an issue.

The user expressed doubts as to the structure of compensation worth the money it appeared.

Another major issue was the need for a fully-stack engineer with two years of engineering work experience.

One user inquired, "Cracked full-stack engineer in only 0-2 YOE? Could it be possible?" arguing that mastering full-stack development typically took longer.

A few users also commented on that the hiring process itself, which was advertised and debated on X -- reflected an ever-changing trend in the field of recruitment.
