Mumbai: Gangster Lawrence Bishnoi's name is once again in the news nationwide following the murder of former Maharashtra minister Baba Siddiqui. The Kshatriya Karni Sena has said that the police officers who came across him and are now in jail will receive a reward of around Rs. 1 lakh. According to local media outlets, Raj Shekawat, the organization's national president, has issued a video to this effect.

"Any police officer who came into contact with Lawrence Bishnoi will receive more than Rs. 1 crore for their personal safety and the future of their family. The national government and Gujarati authorities do little to stop this group, regardless of how many killings they perpetrate. On social media, a video of Raj Shekawat attacking the government has gone viral.

Sukhdev Singh Gogamedy, the chief of the Rashtriya Rajput Karnisena, was shot dead by unidentified assailants in December 2023. Afterwards, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang declared that they had murdered him.

The Lawrence Bishnoi gang recently admitted that they were also responsible for the murders of Salman Khan's friend Baba Siddique and the senior leader of the NCP (Ajit Pawar's group). He was allegedly slain because of his ties to Dawood Ibrahim, an underground gangster.
