Sensex Surges Over 900 points, Nifty Approaches 24,300
The BSE Sensex opened at 79,556, while the NSE Nifty opened 1.23% higher at 24,286, on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the Indian stock indices opened on a positive note in early trade, with the Sensex climbing over 963 points and the Nifty rallying 294 points.
Among sectoral indices, Nifty Realty, Nifty IT, Nifty Metal, and Nifty Media gained on Wednesday.
The BSE Sensex opened at 79,556, while the NSE Nifty opened 1.23% higher at 24,286.
ONGC, Lupin, Coal India, ABB India and Vedanta were the top gainers on the Nifty. Bata India, Tata Power, Bosch, Shree Cements, and IndusInd Bank were the losers on Wednesday.
