Futures Hovering In Divergent Trading

Gold futures declined Rs376 to Rs76,014 per 10 grams amid weak global cues. Silver futures rose Rs254 to Rs91,629 per kilogram as participants widened their bets on a firm spot demand. On Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold contracts for December delivery traded lower by Rs376 or 0.49 per cent to Rs76,014 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 1,758 lots. Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues. Globally, gold futures declined 0.44 per cent to $2,646 per ounce in New York.
