Futures Fall On Weak Global Cues

Gold futures declined Rs23 to Rs76,632 per 10 grams in futures trade amid weak global cues. Silver futures fell Rs39 to Rs90,781 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for December delivery traded lower by Rs23 or 0.03 per cent at Rs76,632 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 10,871 lots. Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues. Globally, gold futures decreased by 0.10 per cent to $2,673.50 per ounce in New York.
