Brent crude trading up at $77.37/bbl

Crude oil futures on Friday declined 0.16 per cent to Rs6,148 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for September delivery fell Rs10 or 0.16 per cent to Rs6,148 per barrel with a business volume of 10,168 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.16 per cent higher at$73.13 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.19 per cent up at$77.37 per barrel in New York.
