Brent crude trading at $85.57/bbl

Crude oil futures on Friday declined 0.1 per cent to Rs6,792 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for July delivery fell Rs7 or 0.1 per cent to Rs6,792 per barrel with a business volume of 4,807 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.10 per cent lower at $81.21 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.16 per cent down at $85.57 per barrel in New York.
