Brent Crude Trading At $79.67/Bbl

Crude oil futures declined 1.56 per cent to Rs6,374 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude was trading 1.69 per cent lower at $75.84 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 1.56 per cent down at $79.67 per barrel in New York. On MCX, crude oil for October delivery fell Rs101 or 1.56 per cent to Rs6,374 per barrel with a business volume of 14,494 lots.
