TS govt felicitates edu-fintech Financepeer

Edu-fintech startup Financepeer has recently been felicitated by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for the contribution to the national education ecosystem by introducing fee financing, an innovative education finance model, which is making quality education accessible to everyone in society.

Hyderabad: Edu-fintech startup Financepeer has recently been felicitated by Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for the contribution to the national education ecosystem by introducing fee financing, an innovative education finance model, which is making quality education accessible to everyone in society. Financepeer along with 30 venture capitalists and companies that have the potential to become Unicorns were recognised during the inauguration ceremony of the new facility of T-Hub 2.0 in Hyderabad.

Naveesh Reddy, Co-founder, Financepeer said: "We have a strong presence in Telangana, Andhra and south India where we have reached out to more than 1.88 lakh students and have partnered with 500 institutes in the region. Telangana has always been at the forefront of encouraging emerging companies and technologies. Initiatives like T-Hub act as nurseries for the budding companies in the country."

Financepeer has witnessed 10x growth in the last year. It has partnered with more than 10,000 educational institutions with a Pan-India footprint, to deliver affordable fee financing solutions, edu-tech content, and fee payment solutions. The startup has so far impacted more than 2.5 million families by providing them with no-cost-fee financing.
