Shares of Waaree Energies were up by 9.3% on Wednesday, April 23, after the company reported strong earnings for Q4FY25. The shares clocked an intraday high of ₹2,855 on the BSE.

As of 10:02 am, Waare Energies shares were trading up by 8.99% at ₹2,846.6 apiece on the BSE. The market capitalisation of the company stood at ₹81,775.16 crore. The 52-week high of the stock came at ₹3,740.75 per share, while the 52-week low of the stock clocked at ₹1,808.65 per share.

Waaree Energies Q4 results

On Tuesday, April 22, Waaree Energies reported a net profit of ₹618.91 crore for Q4FY25, up 34%, against ₹461.52 crore in the corresponding quarter a year ago.

Consolidated net profit for the year came at ₹4,003.93 crore, up 36% against ₹2,935.84 crore a year ago. The Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (Ebitda) for Q4FY25 stood at ₹1,059.57 crore against ₹489.94 crore a year ago.

What did the management say?

In its management presentation, the company projects a robust growth in FY26 on the back of strong demand and operational excellence.

Additionally, the EBITDA outlook for FY26 stands between ₹5,500 crore to ₹6,000 crore.

“FY25 marks a pivotal inflection point in Waaree’s journey- a year where our strategy, scale, and execution converged to deliver industry-leading Ebitda performance of Rs 3,123.20 crore. This performance underscores the strength of our execution capabilities and the quality of order book, with centred focus on margins,” said Amit Paithankar, whole time director & CEO, Waaree Energies.

He added, “ Our 1.6 GW module manufacturing facility is operational in Brookshire, Texas, USA. This reinforces our commitment to the American market and underlines our local-for-local manufacturing philosophy. Our strategy of local manufacturing and supply chain management will help us navigate through the changing policy environment.”
