TCS Announces Dividend Record Date; Check All Details Here

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is expected to announce a third-interim dividend in its upcoming board meeting along with the financial results for the quarter and nine months ending on 31 December, 2024.

TCS will announce its financial results during its board meeting on January 9. On the same day, the board will also approve the third-interm dividend for FY25.

The company is expected to report its Q3 numbers post 3:30 pm on January 9. The cut-off date for the dividend stands at January 17.

In an exchange filing TCS said, “The third interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the Register of Members of the company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Friday, January 17, 2025 which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.”
