Hyderabad Real estate platform, Square Yards through the services provided under its asset management arm, PropsAMC has assisted in resolving 300 legal cases for homebuyers and property owners leading to recovery of Rs 100 crore invested funds.
PropsAMC, a data intelligence and asset management company started providing legal services as a response to the rising concerns of homebuyers facing legal complexities and disputes with the real estate developers, in addition to multiple property tax disputes and lessee disputes of the property owners.
In property dispute situations, PropsAMC leverages its legal expertise to offer mediation and litigation services. In addition to its protective measures, PropsAMC has digitized over 20 million property registration records and property titles making this information public and easily accessible to the end users. It also provides business services like title search, valuation, litigation check among others to business users like banks, HFCs, valuers and law firms.
