Shares of NMDC soared in early trade on March 18 after the company announced an interim dividend of ₹2.30 per share for the financial year 2024-25.
As of 11:15 am, NMDC shares were trading at ₹66.26 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), up 2%.
In an exchange filing the PSU said, “The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Monday, 17th March 2025, inter alia declared the 1st Interim Dividend of Rs 2.30 per equity share of face value of Re 1/- each for the financial year 2024-25.”
The record date for the shareholders has been fixed as March 21, 2025. The dividend yield of the stock stands at 3.65%. However, the shares are up almost 1% on a year-to-date basis.
