IT major TCS to announce March quarter results and final FY25 dividend on April 10

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India's largest IT services firm, has officially announced the date for its January-March quarter results for the financial year 2024-25 (Q4FY25).

The company’s Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, April 10, 2025, to approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the year ended March 31, 2025. The board will also consider a final dividend for FY25 on the same day.

TCS confirmed that its Q4 results will be made public after market hours on April 10, and the financial statements will be available on the company’s official website – www.tcs.com.

Post-Earnings Engagements

Press Conference: TCS management will address the media at 5:30 PM on April 10.

Investor/Analyst Call: A detailed discussion with analysts and investors is scheduled for 7:00 PM on the same day.

Trading Window Closure

In compliance with its Code of Conduct to prevent insider trading, TCS has closed the trading window for its designated persons from March 24, 2025, and it will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results.

The final dividend, if declared, will be subject to shareholder approval at the company’s upcoming 30th Annual General Meeting.
