Share Market Today: HAL Q3 quarterly results FY 2025 date and time: Hindustan Aeronautics Limited which operates under state ownership in aerospace and defense sectors provided information about Q3 quarterly results announcement schedule for FY 2025. HAL maintains a market capitalization of Rs 2,45,390.27 crore while being a component of the BSE 100 index.

On December 23, 1940 Shri Walchand Hirachand initiated the foundation of Hindustan Aircraft at Bangalore while collaborating with the Government of Mysore to manufacture aircraft within India. In January 1951 the Ministry of Defence assumed administrative control over HAL.

Defence PSU stock declined by 4.66 per cent to Rs 3669.25 per share on BSE during Monday's trading session. Through a Monday exchange filing, the state-owned company informed that its Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, February 12, 2025to decide over the various items including The Company's Audited Financial Results for the period ending 31 December 2024.

Normally, PSU HAL comes out with its quarterly earnings during the market hours i.e. before 3:30 pm.

A procurement agreement covering 12 Su-30 MKI aircraft plus related equipment between the Ministry of Defence and the state-owned defence company was finalized last month at an estimated cost of Rs 13,500 crore including taxes and duties.

At the end of financial year 2024 Hindustan Aeronautics maintained an order book valued at Rs 94,000 crore.
