redBus launches auto booking services in Hyd

Hyderabad: redBus, the online bus booking platform, has rolled out auto rickshaw booking services in Hyderabad. Designed in collaboration with ONDC (Open Network for Digital Commerce), this auto booking facility will make it easier for travellers to navigate in the city.

This is a major step by redBus towards enhancing first and last mile connectivity for its travellers, the company said in a statement.

“With ONDC, we are not only providing mobility services but also delivering a reliable, first and last mile travel experience for our users, setting new benchmarks in convenience for customers,” said Prakash Sangam, CEO, redBus.
