Hyderabad NextMeet, a startup at CIE IIIT Hyderabad has raised $200k angel investment from Sudhakar Reddy Chirra, Founder & CEO of Abhibus. NextMeet was part of the 13th cohort of Avishkar Deeptech Accelerator of CIE IIIT-H.
NextMeet is an immersive platform that enables real-time virtual conferencing and networking in an avatar-based 3D environment. It has been launched under the ambit of Working Bot Technologies Pvt Ltd and is the first avatar-based virtual conferencing platform created indigeneously on the IIIT-H premises. NextMeet provides corporations, institutions and event organisers the ability to convene in a dynamic ecosystem, bypassing the associated logistical costs as well as UI-induced fatigue.

Founders, PushpakKypuram, Prashant Chandra, Dr Linda Nubani, come with around 20yrs of 3D and media experience.
NextMeet has a team of experienced 3D artists, software developers, marketing and finance experts. Currently in the beta stage of development, NextMeet is set to become the metaverse platform of choice for a broad cross-section of users, as a viable alternative to physical convening, networking, and marketing opportunities.
NextMeet's customers include Michigan State University, KPMG, ICFAI Business School to begin with.
