Hyderabad TeaTime, a tea-chain brand announced the opening of a traditional breakfast space, Kanchi Cafe, at Hitec City in Hyderabad. The menu boasts an array of dishes, including Chakkara Pongal, Temple Puligare, Rava Khichdi, Thattu Idly, and Ghee Ragi Dosa. Drawing inspiration from Kancheepuram Temple in Tamil Nadu, the decor of the cafe has been crafted to replicate the serenity of the temple. Devprasaddas Swami, president, Gurukula Charity Trust Hyderabad, was the chief guest at the launch. On the occasion, Uday Srinivas Tangella, Founder of Tea Time and Kanchi Café, said: “We believe that every meal should be a blend of flavours and spirituality. What we offer at Kanchi Cafe is not just food it is an immersive journey into the heart of South India’s rich tradition. We are excited to bring this unique experience to Hitec City.”
