Hero MotoCorp shares soared 5% in early trading on Monday, November 18, following the announcement of strong financial results for the July-September quarter of FY25. The company’s consolidated net profit rose by 6% to ₹1,066 crore, driven by higher sales and operational efficiencies.

Hero MotoCorp shares touched ₹4,835 apiece on the NSE during early trade, marking a 5% increase. By 9:23 AM, the stock was trading at ₹4,797.20, up 4.2%. The company's market capitalization now stands at ₹96,179.44 crore.
Q2 Financial Highlights
For the quarter ending September 30, 2024, Hero MotoCorp reported a 10% rise in revenue from operations to ₹10,483 crore, compared to ₹9,533 crore in the same period last year. The company sold 15.2 lakh units of motorcycles and scooters, up from 14.16 lakh units in Q2 FY24.
Management Insights
Niranjan Gupta, CEO of Hero MotoCorp, highlighted the company’s robust performance, attributing it to strategic cash management and strong retail demand. "Our strong focus on cash management has resulted in delivering solid cash flows, further strengthening our financial position," he said.
Gupta also emphasized the company's efforts in expanding its premium portfolio. “As unveiled at EICMA, we plan to introduce three new models—Xpulse 210, Xtreme 250R, and Karizma XMR 250—within the next six months. Additionally, we are on track to surpass 100 Premia stores by the end of the fiscal year,” he added.
Festive Season Boost
Hero MotoCorp clocked its highest-ever festive season retail sales, reaching 16 lakh units, with significant demand from rural markets driving growth.
