Hyderabad Land aggregator and plot promoter, G Square Housing announced the launch of India's first water themed plot township in Ballari close to the growth corridor of Bangalore here on Friday. The proposed project is spread across an expanse of 100 acres, with 821 plots, starting at Rs 34 lakhs.

Claimed to be India's first Water Themed Plot Township, with a lot of unique features like 1 lakh sq ft lavish clubhouse, Helipad etc with over 200 amenities. While the launch price per sq ft is Rs 3100, the first 25 bookings will be offered an early bird price of Rs 2,850 per sq ft.
