Top 10 firms' Market Capitalization falls by ₹93,000 crore; Infosys, TCS hit hard

The combined market capitalization of five out of the top 10 most valued firms has fallen by ₹93,357.52 crore, with biggest hit in IT giants Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). This decline follows a broader weak trend in domestic equities.
Gainers:
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS): TCS saw a significant rise in market value, gaining ₹68,463.11 crore, bringing its total valuation to ₹12,55,526.17 crore.
State Bank of India (SBI): SBI's market cap grew by ₹44,947.63 crore, reaching ₹5,11,603.69 crore.
Reliance Industries: The company’s valuation rose by ₹32,239.78 crore, reaching ₹16,77,728.89 crore.
HDFC Bank: HDFC Bank saw an increase of ₹27,491.56 crore in its market cap, reaching ₹11,71,918.45 crore.
ICICI Bank: ICICI Bank's valuation increased by ₹16,794.14 crore, bringing its total market cap to ₹6,52,942.31 crore.
Bharti Airtel: Bharti Airtel's market cap surged by ₹12,586.72 crore, reaching ₹4,47,866.92 crore.
ITC: ITC’s valuation climbed by ₹7,731.02 crore, totaling ₹4,46,898.73 crore.
Losers:
Infosys: Infosys experienced a drop in market cap by ₹7,799.72 crore, leaving its valuation at ₹5,86,548.17 crore.
Hindustan Unilever: The FMCG giant’s market capitalization decreased by ₹5,252.35 crore, totaling ₹5,97,879.43 crore.
Bajaj Finance: Bajaj Finance saw a decrease of ₹1,102.68 crore in its valuation, bringing it to ₹4,21,673.25 crore.
Despite the fluctuations, Reliance Industries continued to hold its position as the most valuable company, followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and Infosys.
