Emids named Runner up as Microsoft Partner of the Year Award

Hyderabad Emids, a leading digital transformation solutions provider that collaborated with The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre (The Royal) to create a virtual walk-in clinic, has been named Finalist (Runner-up) of Healthcare & Life Sciences 2023.
The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre’s RAAM (Rapid Access Addiction Medicine) service is an innovative walk-in clinic that provides fast access to care for clients with substance use problems thereby improving outcomes and reducing opioid and alcohol related emergency department visits, hospitalisations, and deaths. Using several Azure cloud services and in collaboration with The Royal, Emids co-designed a digital technology solution that replicates the key components of a RAAM clinic. This new solution named ‘RAAM InQ Digital Front Door’ improves access to care, ensures seamless interdisciplinary care, and expands regional reach to provide care wherever the client is at and whenever they need it.
