Mumbai, June 22 Designated Schemes shall now start accepting lumpsum subscriptions and Systematic Registration effective June 21, PGIM said.
In a regulatory filing, Ajit Menon, Chief Executive Officer, PGIM, said, "We refer to our Notice Cum Addendum No 51 of 2021-22 dated February 01, with respect to temporary suspension of subscriptions in PGIM India Global Equity Opportunities Fund, PGIM India Emerging Markets."
Equity Fund and PGIM India Global Select Real Estate Securities Fund of Fund (Designated Schemes).
SEBI vide its letter no SEBI/HO/OW/IMD-II/DoF3/P/25095/2022 dated June 17, has permitted Mutual Funds to accept subscriptions and to invest in overseas funds/securities up to the headroom available without breaching the overseas investment limits as of EOD of February 01, at Mutual Fund level.
In view of the same, it has been decided that the Designated Schemes shall now start accepting lumpsum subscriptions and Systematic Registration (including Systematic Investment Plan and Transfer Plan into any of the Designated Schemes) effective June 21, in line with above SEBI directions in this regard, he said.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SIDs and KIMs of the d Schemes, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of SIDs and KIMs of the above mentioned Schemes will remain unchanged
