Crude oil futures decline on low demand

Crude oil futures on Friday declined 0.09 per cent to Rs6,886 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for November delivery fell Rs106 or 0.09 per cent to Rs6,886 per barrel with a business volume of 5,850 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil was trading 0.24 per cent higher at $82.66 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading up 0.24 per cent to $82.66 per barrel in New York.
