CREDAI Property Show begins in Vizag

Visakhapatnam: The 9th CREDAI Vizag Property Show got off to a glittering start at Gadiraju Palace on the beach road here on Saturday.

It offers all the stakeholders attractive offers for buying plots and flats, lively interactive sessions on various pertaining to realty sector and attractive prizes to daily lucky-dip winners at a single place.

The organisers also announced gift vouchers worth Rs.1 lakh to those who buy a flat within three months. The banks also explained about various loan options with easy EMI schemes.

The three-day event, which is held every year on fixed dates coinciding with the Christmas and New Year festivity, was formally inaugurated by Visakhapatnam Mayor G.

The guests were accompanied by expo convener V. Sreenu, CREDAI-AP president Y.V. Ramana Rao, chairman Alla Siva Reddy. secretary B. Srinivasa Rao, chairman K.S.R.K. Raju (Sai), president Varada Dharmender.

"One step to your dream house," is the theme for the expo. In all, 96 stalls have been put up.

Among others, MK, MMV Builders, Novus, Honeyy Group, various banks, designers and decorators put up stalls to explain various options to the visitors. There are over 300 projects under display.

Speaking at the meeting, Sai said the city is expanding from Anakapalle to Vizianagaram due to massive development and there is high returns on investment in the real estate sector in the region.

Ramana Rao said due to good connectivity and rapid industrialisation, Visakhapatnam is the most sought after place for investments in the real estate sector after Hyderabad in the two Telugu-speaking States. Srinivasa Rao said CREDAI Visakhapatnam enjoys a lot of credibility among the people for sticking to delivery schedule and adhering to all the established quality parameters.

SBI DGM Pankaj Kumar said the expo provides a wide choice to buy property as per their budget.
