Hyderabad: The Government of Telangana putting forth its growth plans for the tier II and III cities said it will be establishing IT parks in the towns of the State. This will transform towns and disburse equal development of the State, Telangana IT Secretary stated. Moreover, he also informed about a 50,000 sft tech park that will be soon unveiled in Suryapet.
Speaking at a conclave, "Vijayawada Highway- road to the future" held recently in the city, Jayesh Ranjan, Secretary for IT, Commerce and Industries Departments, Government of Telangana said, "The eastern corridor is growing at a very fast rate. Our government has well thought plans for this part of the State. The towns of Telangana will soon be transformed, and one can expect good development here. Many businessmen from Suryapet and Nalgonda have set up their companies overseas. They are very much interested in setting up their offices in these towns of Telangana. Apart from this, an established corporate firm is showing interest in empowering the weaving community of Pocharam. Yadadri temple is also a pride of Telangana, and that area will also attract investments."
Real estate developer, G Square Housing conducted the conclave in association with a media house. On the occasion, a panel discussion was also been held with the panelists – Gummi Ram Reddy, Vice President - Credai National, Gipson Paul, Senior Executive Director at CBRE, Raghavendra Reddy, Co-Founder and COO, Blue Copa and N Eshwar, CEO of G Square Housing.
"The Vijayawada Highway may become the next big real estate hub as there are great projects which are lined up along this corridor. If an individual is investing here soon, he or she will reap great profits from this corridor," CEO of G Square Housing, N Eshwar said.
