Brent crude trading lower at $81.58/bbl

Crude oil futures declined 1.48 per cent to Rs6,446 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. On MCX, crude oil for December delivery fell Rs97 or 1.48 per cent to Rs6,446 per barrel with a business volume of 11,441 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil went higher by 2.25 per cent at $77.60 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.90 per cent down at $81.58 per barrel in New York.
