Brent crude trading at $87.81/bbl

Crude oil futures on Wednesday declined 0.07 per cent to Rs7,156 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On MCX, crude oil for October delivery fell Rs5 or 0.07 per cent to Rs7,156 per barrel with a business volume of 8,826 lots. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil was trading 0.07 per cent higher at $86.03 per barrel, while Brent crude rose 0.18 per cent to $87.81 per barrel in New York.
