Goldman Sachs acquires 13.87 lakh shares in Laxmi Dental

Goldman Sachs Funds, through its India Equity Portfolio, acquired 13.87 lakh shares in Laxmi Dental at an average price of Rs 545.66 per share. This bulk deal occurred on the National Stock Exchange.

In a separate transaction, Abula Investment Fund Ltd bought 2.2 lakh shares in Mos Utility for an average price of Rs 306.99, while Minerva Ventures Fund sold the same amount at Rs 307 per share. Mos Utility's stock saw a rise of 4.99 percent, reaching Rs 307.

Meanwhile, Enspire Institute of Professional Studies LLP sold 1 lakh shares of Cubex Tubings at an average price of Rs 126.89. Following this, Cubex Tubings’ stock surged by 10 percent, closing at Rs 127.53.
