Several stocks are expected to attract attention during Monday’s trading session on Dalal Street, following Friday’s market decline, where the Sensex dropped by about 425 points, and the Nifty50 slipped below the 22,800 mark. As the earnings season concludes and foreign institutional investor (FII) selling continues, here are some key stocks to monitor:

Coal India Ltd (CIL):

Coal India has entered into a partnership with EDF India, a subsidiary of EDF, to form a joint venture focusing on PSP and renewable energy projects both within India and in neighboring markets.

Updater Services:

The company has received a Rs 6.5 crore tax demand notice, which it disputes, stating that it owes no such amount. Updater Services is exploring legal options to resolve this issue.

Crompton Greaves Consumer:

Crompton Greaves has appointed Tanmay Prusty as its new Chief Marketing Officer, which may drive interest in the stock.

Index Reshuffle Announcements:

Changes have been made to various NSE indices, including Nifty50, Nifty Next 50, and Nifty Midcap. Starting March 28, Jio Financial Services and Zomato will replace BPCL and Britannia in the Nifty50 index, while Bajaj Housing Finance and other companies will enter the Nifty Next 50. This reshuffle could impact stock movements, especially for the companies involved.

PI Industries:

PI Industries has partnered with the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) to develop biocontrol technologies, potentially influencing its stock price.

Lemon Tree Hotels:

The company has secured a license for a 98-room property in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan, managed by its subsidiary Carnation Hotels. The property is expected to begin operations in FY26.

IRFC (Indian Railway Finance Corporation):

IRFC’s bid for a Rs 7,500-crore term loan by NTPC Renewable Energy has been approved, which may attract investor attention.

Oil India Ltd:

Oil India has partnered with Assam Power Generation Corporation to establish APGCL OIL Green Power, a joint venture that could impact its performance.

These stocks are likely to be in focus on Monday as market participants react to these developments.
