Mumbai: Trom Industries Limited, a Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company specializing in residential solar rooftop, industrial solar power plants, ground-mounted solar power plants, and solar street lights, has received approval for listing on NSE Emerge platform.

Trom Industries’ IPO objectives includefunding of capital expenditure requirements towards set up of solar power plant. The company will use proceeds to meet working capital requirements and general corporate purpose. The book running lead manager to the issue is Expert Global Consultants Pvt Ltd and the Registrar to the issue is KFin Technologies Ltd.
