Brent crude trading at $84.12/bbl

Crude oil futures on Tuesday declined by 0.51 per cent to Rs 6,640 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil was trading 0.30 per cent lower at $80.48 per barrel, and Brent crude was down 0.40 per cent at $84.12 per barrel in New York. On MCX, crude oil for September delivery fell by Rs 34 or 0.51 per cent to Rs 6,640 per barrel with a business volume of 4,099 lots.
